Changes can only be made if your Hilipert order has not yet been picked and packed at our logistics center. 

As part of our satisfaction guarantee, we aim to fulfill and ship your Hilipert order as soon as possible! Once your Hilipert order has been shipped, we won’t be able to make any modifications.
