Cancellations can only be made if your Hilipert order has not yet been picked and packed at our logistics center.
As part of our satisfaction guarantee, we aim to fulfill and ship your order as soon as possible. If your Hilipert order has been shipped, you have 30 days from the time you receive the product to return it.
